On April 24, 2023, the Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand (SEC Thailand) added 1000X to its warning list as an unlicensed business. https://market.sec.or.th/public/idisc/en/Viewmore/invalert-head?PublicFlag=Y1000X claims to be registered in Hong Kong. However, we haven't located any corresponding records in the register of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (HKSFC) suggesting that it is licensed to carry on investment business.
In addition, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC Thailand) has added 1000X to its warning list for the unlicensed status.
In essence, 1000X is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.
