ACA Invest claims to have won an award in the marketplace in 2020. However, we checked its domain name and found that it was created in 2022. How could it win the award before it starts the business? It is a red flag.
While it presented nothing about the regulation, the broker mentioned the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) on its website. However, MAS added ACA Invest to its Investor Alert List, warning people not to trade with it. The Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) also issued a warning against ACA Invest on Feb 27, 2023 for its offering of investment services without authorization.
