Action Corretora,owned by Business Guru Limited, claims it won multiple awards from 2013 to 2016. However, by checking its domain, we found the domain has been created in 2021. So how could it win the awards? It is a red flag.
Action Corretora also claims to be regulated by Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and Romania Financial Services Commission. But there is no authority named Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Commission or Romania Financial Services Commission.
Since this broker mentioned these two countries, we accordingly searched the local institutions - Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA) and Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF). The result was that Action Corretora has only registered with SVG FSA.
Besides, neither SVG FSA nor ASF regulate forex activities or issue forex licenses. Having registration does not mean being authorized to provide financial services or products.
