However, we have confirmed that both registrations have been canceled. This means AdroFx is currently operating without the necessary authorization. Both the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) have flagged AdroFx for lacking the required authorization.
In essence, AdroFx is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. AdroFx appears to be a scam.
AdroFx previously claimed to have registration number 700546 issued by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) and number 1061LLC2021 issued by the Financial Services Authority of St. Vincent and The Grenadines (SVG FSA).
