  • May 09, 2022 BrokersView has reviewed that AEFOREX is an Unregulated Forex Broker

    AEFOREX claims to be regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) with regulation number: 246250 and Saint Vincent and Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA) under regulation number: 25451.

    First, when we searched in SVG FSA, we did not find any match results to the company name or the regulation number. Besides, SVG FSA does neither issue licenses for forex trading nor regulate brokers offering forex activities.

    Second, we did searching in ASIC and only find the regulation number belongs to a company named "AURORA ENERGY PTY LTD" which has no connection with AEFOREX. That means all the regulation info this broker claims are false statements for unsuspecting traders. The truth is, AEFOREX is not overseen by any regulators. That means investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
