  • Oct 17, 2022 BrokersView has Reviewed that AEX Trade is an Unregulated Forex Broker

AEX Trade claims to be regulated by "European Security Exchange Brokerage" which is not a regulatory body. In other words, the regulatory information presented on the broker's website can not prove that the broker is regulated.

In addition, the company claims to be located in Netherlands. So we searched he Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) but found no matching results. That means the company is not regulated by AFM.

Moreover, the Spain Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) issued a warning that AEX Trade was not authorised to provide the investment services in Spain.

The truth is that AEX Trade is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
