Aligninvest claims to be a subsidiary to Crypto Trading Experts, a company officially registered in the Holland. So we searched the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) but found no matching results. That means the company is not regulated in Dutch.
Moreover, the broker also claims to be registered in the UK. As per United Kingdom law, almost all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK shall be authorized by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA). However, we only found a warning against this scam in UK FCA. The regulator wanred that Aligninvest was providing financial services or products in the UK without authorisation
The truth is that Aligninvest is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
