Broker violations and abnormal records
AlliedTop claims that its managed funds comply with the regulatory requirements of the British Virgin Islands (BVI). However, upon checking the official registry of the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (BVI FSC), we found no record of any entity associated with AlliedTop being licensed or regulated.
Additionally, the company states it is registered in Hong Kong. Yet, a search of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) database also reveals no evidence that AlliedTop holds a valid license to operate.
The absence of verifiable regulatory authorization is a major red flag. Therefore, we consider AlliedTop as a potential scam broker.
