alpha-capitalfx claims to be an officially registered company in the UK and presents its certificates in the Companies House of the United Kingdom (CH) with company number 12870547. We indeed found a match result to the company in CH, but CH is the United Kingdom's registrar of companies which has no legit rights to regulate any forex activities. Having registration does not mean having any regulation.

As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). However, when we searched in FCA, we only found a warning against this broker issued by FCA for providing financial services or products in the UK without authorization. The truth is, alpha-capitalfx is not under valid regulation by any regulators to provide investment services. Investors' funds in this company are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. It is a scam.
