Alpha Exchange International claims to be a subsidiary of Alpha Exchange International PLC, an authorized broker under regulation of the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA) with license number 434413. We searched the license number in UK FCA and found the number actually belongs to another firm named Activtrades Plc. And the UK FCA approved domain is "www.activtrades.co.uk" instead of "www.alphaexchangeintl.com". That means Alpha Exchange International falsely uses the regulatory information about a licensed firm.
Alpha Exchange International also claims to be authorised and regulated by the Securities Commission of the Bahamas (SCB). We searched SCB but found a warning. SCB issued a warning that Alpha Exchange International is conducting financial activities without authorization.
