Alpha Trade Station claims to be a subsidiary of Alpha Trade Station PLC, an authorized broker under regulation of the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA) with license number 434413. We searched the license number in UK FCA and found the number actually belongs to another firm named Activtrades Plc. And the UK FCA approved domain is "www.activtrades.co.uk" instead of "www.alpha-tradestation.com". That means Alpha Trade Station falsely uses the regulatory information about a licensed firm.
Alpha Trade Station also claims to be authorised and regulated by the Securities Commission of the Bahamas (SCB). We searched SCB but found a warning. SCB issued a warning that Alpha Trade Station is conducting financial activities without authorization.
