We searched the SEC but found no matching results. However, SEC is not the regulator in charge of forex and CFD brokers. To operate as this type of broker in the United States, a company must be registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and to be a member of the National Futures Association (NFA). AlphaminingHub is not listed among the members of the NFA. It is a red flag.
