  • Jan 15, 2024 BrokersView has reviewed that AMACAP is an unregulated broker

AMACAP claims to be operated by AMACAP Capital Ltd, a company supposedly authorized and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), with License No. 155/11.

However, the license is, in fact, associated with Amana Capital Ltd, which has its own brand name and domains. Profiles provided by the CySEC don't support any affiliation between these two entities. AMACAP appears to be a case of identity theft, misusing details of a legitimate counterpart to dupe investors.

What's more, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) has added AMACAP to its warning list for providing investment services without authorization.

In essence, AMACAP is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.

AMACAP appears to be a scam.

  • Oct 16, 2025 BrokersView has identified that AMACAP's website is currently offline

BrokersView found that the domain "https://amacap.eu/?lang=en" is currently inaccessible. This is widely regarded as a significant red flag, as the suspension of a broker's website often points to underlying regulatory or operational issues.
