But there is no detailed financial services licenses and other licensing certificates.
Upon investigation, we found that American FX is not regulated by the National Futures Association (NFA), the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC).
And the FCA issued a warning that Americanfxtrading was providing financial services or products in the UK without authorisation.
The truth is that American FX is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws.
