Lacking regulation is a distinctive characteristic of an unlicensed broker, as legit brokers always display their credentials and licenses in a prominent place. Besides, when we checked its domain, we found it was created on 8 May 2021. So where are its 5 years of experience from? It is a red flag here.

As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK financial regulator - FCA.
