Apex Crypto FX claims to be registered in London. So we searched Companies House of United Kingdom (CH) but found no results match for the broker. That means the company is not registered in the UK. Besides, CH is not a forex regulator. It does not regulate forex broker or issue forex license. So having the registration or not does not mean being authorized to provide financial services.
As per United Kingdom law, almost all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK shall be authorized by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA). However, we only found a warning against Apex Crypto FX in UK FCA. The regulator warned that the scammer was providing financial services or products in the UK without authorisation.
