APEX FX INVESTMENT's claim about its regulatory status is contradictory. In one statement it says it is headquartered in Chicago and licensed by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), but in another one it purports to be a government verified Canadian Based Company. Such situation throws a red flag.
We searched the registers of the SEC and the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Cananda (IIROC) but failed to find any results matching APEX FX INVESTMENT, suggesting that it is not licensed by these two regulators.
Furthermore, since it claims to provide services in binary options and forex trading, it is required to be regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and the National Futures Association (NFA), which demands it to be a member of the NFA. However, there isn't any corresponding records in the NFA register either.
