Feb 21, 2023 BrokersView has reviewed that ApexWealthltd is an Unregulated Forex Broker
ApexWealthltd claims to be a regulated and licensed firm and presents its business registration in the Companies House of the United Kingdom (CH) with company registration number: 13456078. But when we searched in CH, we found the registration number belongs to a company named "Preston Tin Roofs Limited." Besides, CH is the United Kingdom's registrar of companies which has no legit rights to regulate any forex activities. Having registration does not mean having any regulation.
As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). However, when we searched in FCA, we only found a warning against this broker for providing financial services or products in the UK without authorization. The truth is, ApexWealthltd is not under valid regulation by any regulators to provide investment services. Investors' funds in this company are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. It is a scam.
