This practice does not enhance its credibility or prove its legitimacy. Displaying regulator logos is a common tactic used by fraudsters to mislead unsuspecting investors. We have found a warning from the CNMV stating that APMETRADE is not authorized by them. This indicates that APMETRADE is not regulated at all.
In essence, APMETRADE is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.
