Although we did find it in the LEI register, it is important to note that brokers operating in Luxembourg must obtain authorization from the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) to provide financial services or products legally. However, the CSSF has issued a warning against ARIEL, citing that this broker is not supervised by the CSSF and has not been granted any authorization to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.
