  • Dec 29, 2022 BrokersView has Reviewed that Avalon Brand is an Unregulated Forex Broker

Avalon Brand claims to be registered with Companies House of United Kingdom (CH) and attaches the registration document on its website. We searched the company number 12028533 in CH and found a company named AVALONTRADE LIMITED. However, the address did not match the one on broker's website. Besides, CH is not a forex regulator. It does not regulate forex brokers or issue forex licenses. Having registration or not, therefore, does not mean being authorized to provide financial services.

As per United Kingdom law, almost all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK shall be authorized by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA). However, we only found a warning against this scam in UK FCA.

FCA warned that Avalon Brand was providing financial services or products in the UK without authorisation.

The truth is that Avalon Brand is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.

  • Oct 28, 2025 BrokersView has identified that Avalon Brand's website is currently offline

BrokersView found that the domains "https://avalon-brands.com/web/; https://avalon-brand.com/webs/" are currently inaccessible. This is widely regarded as a significant red flag, as the suspension of a broker's website often points to underlying regulatory or operational issues.
