BACFX-R claims to be a online trading service provider founded in UK together with offices or service centers in multiple countries, and regulated by the National Futures Association (NFA) in the US, ID 0538567 and ID 0539541, offering wide range of financial services, including currencies, metals, commodities, indices, shares and cryptocurrencies and more instruments in global markets.
Upon investigation, NFA 0538567 is SMART CONTRACT GROUP LIMITED and NFA 0539541 is FOGEE LIMITED. They are not NFA Members.
And BACFX-R is not supervised by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
The truth is that BACFX-R is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws.
