BattleTrade claims it is owned by Tetris Group LTD, a company registered in The Commonwealth of Dominica under registration number 2021/IBC00019. However, Dominica is a notorious offshore zone that does not regulate forex. So SierraInvest is not regulated by any financial regulators.
What's more, viewing the latest warnings in the Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB), the company name "Tetris Group LTD" has already been used by multiple frauds as a registration name. The CONSOB is warning people that Tetris Group LTD is not authorized to provide forex investment and services. Investors should not invest their hard-earned money into this fraud. In other words, investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
