BETTER CAPITAL claims it is headquartered in London, United Kingdom and it is registered in the Companies House of United Kingdom (CH) with registration number: 13080751. However, searching the registration number in CH, we found it belongs to a dissolved company named "GLOBALTRADEX LTD".
Besides, BETTER CAPITAL claims all of its transactions are processed via LX Global Services Ltd, a registered company under the registration number: 11975430. When we searched the registration number in CH, we found it belongs to another dissolved company named "BITLES LIMITED". We can't tell whether BETTER CAPITAL has a connection with the above two companies since CH does not provide domains of the two companies.
As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK financial regulator - FCA. We did searching in FCA but only found this firm had already been blacklisted by FCA for providing financial services without authorization.
