BFOREXPRO claims to be regulated by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). However, we didn't find corresponding records in the registries of both regulators thereof. It is a red flag. In addition, the FCA has issued a warning against this broker for illegally operating in the country without proper authorization.
In essence, BFOREXPRO is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. It is unequivocally a scam.
