Binacefx claims to be an international trading company located in the United Arab Emirates, providing financial broking services in the field of online Forex and CFD trading. But there is no detailed financial services licenses and other licensing certificates. A company that offers financial services must have financial license in the country where it is located.
Upon investigation, we found that Binacefx is not authorized by the Central Bank of U.A.E.(CBUAE) and the Securities and Commodities Authority(SCA) in the United Arab Emirates.
The truth is that Binacefx is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors'money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws.
