When we checked the "Company" section on Binanfx's website, the broker claims the company name is N Trade26, a company founded in 2015 in Melbourne and fully regulated by the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) with license number ACN: 151 343 501. But first, when we checked its domain, we found it was created in 2021. So how could it start its business in 2015? It is a red flag here.
Second, we did not find any match results to N Trade26 in ASIC. Third, the Italy Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB) issued a warning that both Binanfx and N 26 PTY LTD are not authorized to provide financial services.
The truth is that Binanfx is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
