BINARY-FX.TRADE claims to be a cryptocurrency & forex trading firm registered in the Companies House of the United Kingdom (CH) with registration number: 10075170. But when we searched in CH, we found the number belongs to a company named "CAPITAL INVESTING LIMITED." Besides, CH is the United Kingdom's registrar of companies which has no legit rights to regulate any forex activities. Even having registration does not mean having any regulation.
As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). But when we searched in FCA, we only found a warning against this scam issued by the regulator. FCA warned that BINARY-FX.TRADE may be providing financial services or products in the UK without authorization.
The truth is, BINARY-FX.TRADE is not under valid regulation by any regulators to provide investment services. Investors' funds in this company are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. It is a scam.
