According to the rules and laws, brokers providing financial products or services in the UK shall be authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). However, when searching Binary Trade LTD on FCA's website, we found that this broker was listed as an unauthorized firm. Additionally, it should be noted that Registrar of Companies, also known as Companies House, is only a governmental body controlling the incorporation and administration of companies. This agency has no legal authority to regulate forex activities.
The truth is, Binary Trade LTD is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
