  • Jan 04, 2023 BrokersView has Reviewed that Binaryeasytrade is an Unregulated Forex Broker

    Binaryeasytrade claims to be registered in the UK (No.11290391) and regulated by:

     1) the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius- Binaryeasytrade Limited;

     2) the Securities Commission of The Bahamas (SCB) - IX Capital Group Limited;

     3) the Financial Services Conduct Authority (FSCA) of South Africa - Binaryeasytrade Capital Ltd SA;

     4) the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA) - Binaryeasytrade Capital Ltd.

    First, we searched Companies House of United Kingdom (CH) to verify the claimed registration, but only found a company named INFINOX LTD instead of Atlantisglobaltrade Limited (UK). Besides, CH is not a forex regulator. It does not regulate forex brokers or issue forex licenses. Having registration or not, therefore, does not mean being authorized to provide financial services

    In addition, we found the company IX Capital Group Limited in SCB but the information like domain and address did not match the information on the broker's website, which means the broker is not authorized by SCB.

    Moreover, we did not find any results that match this company in Mauritius FSC or FSCA . So Binaryeasytrade is not regulated by the regulators.

    What's more, FCA issued a warning that Binaryeasytrade was a clone firm.

    The truth is that Binaryeasytrade is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
