Bing Forex Ltd claims to be a UK-based broker and attached a link to the registration page in Companies House of United Kingdom (CH). However, the registration status was "dissolved". Besides, CH is not a forex regulator. It does not regulate forex brokers or issue forex licenses. Having registration or not, therefore, does not mean being authorized to provide financial services.
As per United Kingdom law, almost all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK shall be authorized by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA). However, we only found a warning against this scam in UK FCA.
