    Binomo claims to be a member of the Financial Commission, but this organization is a dispute mediation agency rather than a regulator approving licenses for forex trading and brokerages. Besides, this broker claims that Dolphin Corp LLC and Pollack Trade LTD, two subsidiaries of the Binomo group of companies, are respectively registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA) and Bulgaria. However, it is actually not regulated or overseen by any financial authority, as SG FSA does not regulated forex and we didn’t find any results about its regulation from the Bulgaria Financial Supervision Commission (FSC). So Binomo is currently not regulated by any financial regulator. That means investors’ funds in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam broker.
