Bit Options Pro claims to be a fully certified and licensed company under the name Bitcoin Explorer Limited with Company number 11188393. We did find this firm in the registry of Companies House (CH). However, it should be noted that the CH is only a UK's registrar of companies without legal authority to issue forex licenses and regulate forex activities. That means, what this broker claims about its regulatory status is a false statement to unsuspecting investors. In addition, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the empowered authority to regulate financial industry, has issued a warning against Bit Options Pro, believing it might be providing financial products or services in the UK without authorization.
The truth is, Bit Options Pro is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
