BITASSET claims to be the trading name of Bit index Capital company. As is mentioned in the "About Us" section on its website, this broker is supposedly under the regulation of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and existing legislations of New Zealand, Cyprus, Texas (US), Australia, and Luxembourg.
However, we did not find any matching results to this broker in the above regulatory bodies' registries. The regulatory information it provides has been proven to be false statements to unsuspecting investors. Additionally, it should be noted that FCA has issued a warning against BITASSET to caution investors about this broker for it may be providing financial products or services in the UK without authorization.
