Based on this information, we conducted a search in the registry of the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and confirmed that the company is indeed registered as an International Business Company (IBC).
However, it is crucial to understand that an IBC registration is a basic corporate incorporation and does not amount to financial regulation. The SVG FSA has explicitly stated that it does not license or regulate foreign exchange brokers, and such registration provides no financial oversight.
