  • Jun 15, 2025 BrokersView has reviewed that BITEXPAT is an unregulated broker

The website uses a common template for scam websites that has been flagged by Brokersview before, for example, Xm signal. They even claim the same regulatory number, and it is obvious that they have hastily built a website to defraud investors of their funds. Upon investigation, we found that the broker on file with the Financial Services Authority of St. Vincent and The Grenadines (SVG FSA) is not Xm signal, and no matching information was found in the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (Seychelles FSA). In addition, the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) issued a warning against BITEXPAT, believing this company might be providing financial services or products without proper authorization.

In essence, BITEXPAT is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. BITEXPAT appears to be a scam.
