Bitfxd claims to hold the certificate of incorporation given by Companies House (CH) with company number 27320954. However, it should be noted that the CH is responsible for incorporating and dissolving limited companies in the UK and it does not have the legal authority to issue forex licenses or regulate forex activities. Additionally, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the UK financial regulator, has issued a warning against Bitfxd for its offering of financial services or products in the UK without authorization.
The truth is, Bitfxd is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
