Broker violations and abnormal records
  • Apr 14, 2022 BrokersView has reviewed that BitOptionsPro is an Unregulated Forex Broker

    BitOptionsPro claims it was established in 2017 and shows some of its awards earned from 2017 to 2020. However, checking its domain, we found it was created on 17 Jun 2021. So how could it start its business in 2017 and earned those awards? It is a red flag here.

    BitOptionsPro also claims it is registered in the Companies House of United Kingdom (CH) with company number: 11188393. When we searched the company number in CH, we found the number belongs to a dissolved company named "BITCOIN EXPLORE LIMITED" which has no connection with Bitcoin Explorer Limited. That means the registration info this broker claim is false statement for unsuspecting traders.

    Besides, BitOptionsPro claims it is owned and operated by Bitcoin Explorer Limited, a company regulated by multiple authorities, including:

    1) The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA);

    2) The Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC);

    3) The Financial Services Conduct Authority (FSCA).

    However, searching in the above watchdogs' registry, we did not find any match results to BitOptionsPro. The truth is BitOptionsPro has neither registration nor regulation by any authorities. That means investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
