  • Aug 13, 2025 BrokersView has reviewed that BitWorld Trade is an unregulated broker

The company to which it belongs was established in Australia in 2016 and is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), and Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). Upon investigation, we discovered that the domain name was not established until 2025, contradicting the previous 2016 year. Furthermore, we did not find any matching information with the FCA, SCA, or CySEC.

In addition, the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) issued a warning against BitWorld Trade, believing this company might be providing financial services or products without proper authorization.

In essence, BitWorld Trade is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. BitWorld Trade appears to be a scam.
