  • Feb 14, 2023 BrokersView has reviewed that Broadmarketcap is an Unregulated Forex Broker

Broadmarketcap claims to be a 100% trusted trading broker with regulatory licenses across 6 jurisdictions but not mentioning specifically in which regulatory bodies it has licensed. Besides, Broadmarketcap shows its company address is in the United Kingdom. As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

However, when we searched in FCA, we only found a warning against this broker for providing financial services or products in the UK without authorization. The truth is, Broadmarketcap is not under valid regulation by any regulators to provide investment services. Investors' funds in this company are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. It is a scam.
