BTI claims to be operated by Bawerk Trading & Investment (Switzerland) AG in compliance with the Switzerland laws. As per Switzerland law, brokers operating in this country must be authorized and regulated by Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). However, our search for this broker in the registry of FINMA didn't yield any results. That means BTI is misrepresenting itself to fool unsuspecting investors.
In essence, BTI is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. It is unequivocally a scam.
