Calcuxfx claims it is owned and operated by CNG (GROUP) LIMITED, a company registered in the Companies House of United Kingdom (CH) under company number: 07341939. We do find a match result to CNG (GROUP) LIMITED in CH. But please be informed, CH is the United Kingdom's registrar of companies which has no legit rights to regulate any forex activities. Having registration does not mean having any regulation.
As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK financial regulator - FCA. We did searching in FCA but only found this firm had already been blacklisted by FCA for providing financial services and products without authorization. That means Calcuxfx is not regulated by any regulators. Investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
