CamFX Trade claims it is a strictly regulated firm and presents its business license issued by the Registrar of the Business of the United States. However, doing forex services in the US, firms should possess the relevant regulation in the National Futures Association (NFA). When searching in NFA, we did not find any match results to CamFX Trade. That means CamFX Trade is not an approved broker to offering forex services in the US.
Besides, this broker shows its office address is in the United Kingdom. As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK financial regulator - FCA. We did searching in FCA but only found this firm had already been blacklisted for providing financial services without authorization. That means CamFX Trade is not regulated by any regulators. Investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
