Capital Bright claims to be operated by Capital Bright Limited headquatered and incorporated in Hong Kong. It registered with Companies House (CH) under company number OE002317. However, it should be noted that the CH is only a registar of companies in the UK and has no legal authority to issue forex licenses or regulate forex trading activities. In addition, the FCA has issued a warning against Capital Bright for its offering of financial services or products in the UK without authorization.
The truth is, Capital Bright is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
