The broker claims to be based in the UK, but the British financial regulator, Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued a warning against CAPITALEGAIN for the lack of the required authorization.
In essence, CAPITALEGAIN is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. CAPITALEGAIN appears to be a scam.
