CapitalInvestFx claims to be regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) (License Number 124/10), the Belize Financial Services Commission (Belize FSC) under license number IFSC/60/354/TS/18, the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) (Reference number: 705428) and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) (number: 443670).
We searched these regulators by company number but found a mismatch for one company, when we searched by company name there were no results.
CapitalInvestFx claims to be operated by Safe Side Trading LTD, which is registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
We searched the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines but found no matching results.
