CatenaFarmCapital claims to be regulated by U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Italy Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB), and the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC).
However, SEC does not regualte forex brokers, and according to the information on the website of IIROC, the broker is not regulated by the Canadian regulatory body.
Moreover, CONSOB issued a warning that CatenaFarmCapital was not authorized to provide financial services in Italy.
