So we did searching in the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC). However, we did not find any match results to CEC Markets in FCA or IIROC. That means CEC Markets is not overseen by any regulators. Investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
