CFD Merchants claims its headquarters is in Gde-Duchesse Charlotte, Luxemburg and it is licensed by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF). However, we did not find any match results to CFD Merchants in CSSF. Apparently, CFD Merchants is not regulated by any regulators. That means investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
