On July 3th, 2024, the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) issued a warning against CGWISE, believing that CGWISE is not registered to trade in, or advise on, securities or derivatives in BC. But it does not give information about his country of origin. A company that offers financial services must give an address and have a financial license in the country where it is located.
According to its contact number, it is located in the UK. Upon investigation, we found that CGWise is not regulated by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

The truth is that CGWise is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws.
